OFFICER REPORTS

1. Fencing Marshal – fencing continues on Wednesday at Smith until January, when there will be changes due to Intersession. There will be fencing at Yule.

2. Exchequer – we made $783.00 at Crown Tourney. We are in good shape financially. We will need to give the Shriners a check for the site fee at the event. Pagan will need the cash box before the event.

3. Herald – report will be going to Kingdom next week. No court report from Crown Tourney because we had no court at the event.

4. Web Minister – mail server has moved to new address and is working well. Deth has created mail addresses for the following positions: Seneschal, Chatelaine, Exchequer, Marshal, Chronicler, MOL, Borough Liaison, Baron/ess, Archery Marshal. Any officer wishing an account should contact Deth. Deth asks that anyone with an existing account contact him to verify the address and get new passwords. Anyone wishing to be set up using Outlook or Mac should contact Deth. Minutes are now posted on the website.

5. MOAS – created new entry forms for competitions with personal information, category, short space for documentation. Will be used at A&S competition at Yule. Report will be going into Kingdom, guilds should inform Cannanan of any news. Mistress Phred has been having informal garb workshops at her house in Chicopee; Concentus is performing at Yule.

6. MOL – no competitions. Will be running lists at Yule and needs deputies (posted to mailing list) for rapier and heavy list.

7. Chronicler – no newsletter this month.

8. Boroughs – Ren Faire at Mount Holyoke went well; some of their members wish to serve at Yule. Tarbagon is having A&S workshops on the 2nd and 4th Mondays, and is having fencing on Wednesday.

9. Chatelaine – no change. Clarissa’s daughter’s school is having a demo and dinner on the 11th in Leverett. Details will be posted to the list.
10. Seneschal – Kingdom Bardic will be in Iron Bog; paperwork is being filed.

OLD BUSINESS

1. Phred distributed the draft of the event submission form for comment and correction; she
gave a thorough explanation and asked for input.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Pagan inventoried the feast gear and found that we are running low on pitchers and serving trays. She was authorized to spend up to $150.00 on new equipment before Yule on the 13th.

2. The Baron has the Domesday and requests updates and edits to entries.

EVENTS

1. Yule – 60 reservations, 10 merchants (including 3 on waiting list). Shriners will be attending for short periods and may be interested in a demo after the first of the year.

2. Birthday – no report.
