No newcomers meeting last month because mall was closed. Alianor is working with the Shriners about the workshop for the children.

First Berserker came out to general acclaim and was distributed at the Novice Schola. Emma requested feedback.

Knight Marshall

Four events for evaluating unbelted champions: Southern Region War Camp, War of the Roses, Barren Sands War, and Vinland Raids. Final selection will be at War Camps in Glenn Linn and Eisental.

MoAS

There was a 2 hour training session at Novice Schola by the head of the Leatherworkers Guild. Concentus is beginning again on March 19 th. The Needleworkers will be meeting this month after a one month break. Sarah Davies is teaching at the Hrim Schola. The House of McCarthaigh-McMinn, Alianor and Matatias, and Henry McQueen are planning to attend Northern Lights

Borough Liason

College is back in session. Tarbagon will be hosting classes again as of March 8 with a workshop on hoods by Alianor. Fencing at Smith will be on Thursdays from 7-9 and will be in Ainsworth Lounge. A&S night at Mount Holyoke continues on 1 st and 3 rd Fridays. .

There are now event submission forms. Matatias has them for distribution. Kalliera will be giving the forms to Graywolf for test use at the archery event in June. There is no site fee, but the Sportsmen’s Club is requesting an insurance certificate with their name on it (see below).

Novice Schola – event was success. Financials are still being finalized, although there was some overage on the feast costs.

Robert MacMinn volunteered to serve as Exchequer, with Étaín inghean Eoughean as his deputy. They were approved by voice vote.

Wolfhere se Treowrytha wishes to put together a chainmail workers group and will be passing the word along on the mailing list.

The archery event will be held on June 12 th at the Fairview Sportsmen’s Club in Granby. Graywolf will be the event steward, with Una as his deputy.

Matatias requested $50 for an insurance certificate from the SCA for the summer archery event at the request of the Fairview Sportsmen’s Club. The request was passed unanimously.

Detharlion is considering doing a one day symposium devoted to leatherworking and armory. This will be aimed primarily at locals and will be scheduled between Fall Harvest and Yule.
